❓ How long is each session?
Each session lasts 60 minutes. You’ll be guided in, zipped in comfortably, and can relax, read, or nap during your time inside.
❓ Does it hurt?
Not at all! Most people find it relaxing. You may feel a slight pressure change in your ears at first (like on an airplane), but it passes quickly.
❓ What can I bring inside the chamber?
Our soft chambers do not carry any fire risk like hospital-grade systems.
✅ You can safely bring your phone, tablet, laptop, books, or handheld games inside.
It’s your time — feel free to work, stream, listen to music, or just rest.
❓ What do I wear?
We recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing. The chamber can get quite warm, especially toward the end of your session, so dress accordingly and avoid heavy layers.
❓ Can I rent a chamber for home use?
Yes! We offer at-home rentals with delivery, setup, and pickup included. Many clients choose this option for flexibility and privacy.
